Robert's primary medium is acrylic paints on canvas. He also has a small variaty of watercolor paintings. When canvas is not available he has been known to strike forth with whatever is within reach. His paintings have been done on both plywood and particle board that are first painted white. These woods create a surprisingly good surface and at a glance it's difficult to tell the difference.
The primary subject of his painted works is landscape and architecture. Robert spent a good deal of time living in Europe and many of the paintings here are of landscapes from those locales. |
